Thompson Gasser Reunion : A few pictures from our weekend at the 6th annual Gasser Reunion at Thompson Dragway. Dave was one of the honorees .....so the original Flintstone Flyer was on display and we signed autographs and swapped lies with the other 15 honorees!!!! Ed Eskinderian was there...Bones Baloug....George Montgomery....Barb Hamilton....the S &S Gang...along with Gasser Magazine & Crusin Times Magazine. Neat deal and a real time warp for us....as far as some of the Ohio gasser contingent.

65-68 Crew : This last Sunday...enjoyed a wonderful reunion of our 1965-68 Crew. They served us during the 65 Funny car and CFX & S/S years...and the start of our Barracuda Funny Car years. They all still reside in Massillon,OH and are semi-retired. We all were armed with our digital cameras...and suddenly transformed into energetic young guys as we swapped "tales" from those years and caught up on everyone's lives over the last 40 plus years. Pete Welch brought his original crew shirt (it even still fit) and two jackets.

Part 1 : 2007 marks Dave and Susie's 50th wedding anniversary. Susie takes over the commentary from here. "The reason we are having a '50th Tour'is that we can't get away for a long trip so we decided to use the coupe for mini trips to events and races. Aug. 17th is the actual date and we plan things to do for that day which will involve staying at the SAME motel, have a party for everyone on the 18th and then hopefully to have everyone go to the stock car races at Sandusky Speedway just as we did 50 years ago. We are also going out to the same friend's farm in the Tiffin, OH area and duplicate the picture of us on our honeymoon using same recreated outfits!" As they say watch this space!
